This existing building was constructed in the late 1800’s and had various additions over the years. It is located at the Spanish Point Historic Site in Sarasota. Seibert Architects provided photographic documentation of this building and developed the plans for the rehabilitation and ADA improvements that would allow it to be used as an interpretative center.
