Monda Residence . Siesta Key, Florida.

This project was an interior renovation to a 1990’s builder house constructed in the Sanderling Community.  The interiors were dated, chaotic, and not to the owner’s liking.  On a strict budget and timeline, the goal of the project was to transform the interior aesthetic of the house from traditional to clean and contemporary as a backdrop for the owner’s art collection.

To keep on budget and timeline, certain finishes and elements remained as existing.  The renovation of the central stairway and railing contributed greatly to the striking make over.  A new fireplace wall with cabinetry panels concealing a wet bar on one side and a TV on the other calmed the visual clutter to allow display of artwork.  New furnishings completed the desired, clean aesthetic.
